I'm not sure if I gave justice to a great cook's simple recipe when I went through with it but just the same, I was able to eat it without rice, meaning.. it was good :D If only I can perfect flipping it on the other side..
More of a tradition, mom usually cook something like this on Good Friday, nothing else and that's what we did.
