Happy Eating Everyone!
1/2 kl. Pork Chop
1 c Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
10 pcs. Calamansi (medium size)
1 Clove Garlic
1 Pc White Onion
A dash of black pepper powder
Cooking Oil
How to Prepare:
- Marinate the porkchop in soy sauce, sugar, garlic and calamansi juice.
- Sprinkle the marinate with a dash of black pepper powder and set aside for 30 mins or more.
- In a clean pan, heat some cooking oil and fry each pork until they're brown and tender. (make sure you have medium fire so you will not burn the outer part of the meat before it gets cooked).
- (Do not throw away the liquid left on the marinated pork).
- After frying and using the same cooking oil where you fried the pork, saute some garlic and onion including the fried pork. Mix well until fried pork is fully coated by garlic and onion.
- Mix in the left over liquid from the marinated pork and simmer for 7-10 mins.
- Cut the white onion crosswise to create onion rings and use it as a garnish on the prk steak.
