Yet another experimented dish at home. It's a common recipe but given it's my fist time to cook it, I'd say it was something special :D Happy Eating everyone! Recipe is at the bottom part
Bangus (MIlkfish) |
Soysauce |
Vinegar |
Garlic, Black pepper (whole), Black pepper (powder), Bay leaves |
Salted Black Beans |
The marinated fish |

Ingredients:
1 pc. Regular
Size Bangus (cut into 4-5 pcs.)
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Vinegar
1 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
1 tsp Black
Pepper (Whole)
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Pack Salted Black Beans
3-4 pcs Bay Leaves
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp Sugar
Procedure:
In a pan,
mix all the ingredients and marinate the Bangus for 1 hour.
Fry the
marinated Bangus in a non stick pan
(Do not
throw away the remaining sauce from the marinated Bangus..
After
frying, leave the fish in the pan and add the remaining sauce from the
marinated fish
Add 1 cup of
water and simmer for 5 minutes
Add sugar if
needed and bay leaves
