From mom's cooking, and take note she's a really good cook, we don't normally put potatoes in our pork adobo recipe but recently, I was introduced with it and the outcome? one yummy pork adobo for lunch, combined with.. potato :D. Sarap!
Pork Adobo is almost a staple item of food in every household and mostly during the weekends... Other regions have a different version of this also, I chose to stick to its simplest form :) not bad for a start.
