Surprising health benefits of Chilli Pepper..

Chilli pepper... just the sound of it gives spice to the word or so I assumed. Years ago, I didn't enjoy mixing this to my food or any dip that may normally have a tinge of spice. Today however and the various times I lunched on grilled "chowdowns", I can't seem to satisfy myself without this magical ingredient. Although some say that too much of it may not be good for your health, I'd say a Chilli a day keeps the food aversion away. While the labels hot and spicy may sound a bit negative, there are few health benefits the Chilli Pepper can give you.


Did you know first hand that the active ingredient present in a Chilli Pepper that makes it spicy is capsaicin? It is mostly found in the seeds inside the pepper and also the white (lining) inside. So what are the benefits we can get from Chilli Pepper?
