Mang Cook Diner
Over the weekend and during an out of town house hunting, I was introduced to this nice and cozy little diner along the highway of Santiago, Malvar Batangas (Near Lima Technology Center). They have all sorts of dishes, purely Filipino recipes from Miki Bihon, to Sariwang Lumpia, Pancit Canton and so forth. Needless to say, the experience was fantastic.
